Dear Parents,

This year the Booster Club has been given an exciting new opportunity to raise money. Mr. Hale has given us permission to sell banners and hang them in the gym (for volleyball and basketball) and on the fence around our baseball field ( I know we are too late to hang them for soccer, I do apologize, but next year we should have everything in order to do this for soccer and softball.) We will be selling banners for soccer and softball next year.

I know several of you own your own business or work at a business which would be interested in purchasing a banner. This is a good way to advertise and also support our school. The banners will be 3' x 5' with the business name and logo displayed on the banner. Also all sponsors purchasing a banner will be listed in our 2008-2009 yearbook under school sponsors.

Price:

Inside (gym) or outside (baseball)  either one :                                                          $  200.00

Inside (gym) and outside (baseball)  both:                                                                 $  350.00

After you have sponsored a banner one year the cost should go down, because the cost of purchasing the banner is included in the first year of  sponsoring.  Hopefully we will be able to use the banners for several years.

I would encourage everyone that can to get involved and purchase or help sell a banner. Remember the Booster Club helps with the needs of ALL of our sports teams. The more money that is raised the more we are able to help our athletes.
