School Closing: 

 

In the event we make a decision to close the school due to weather or an emergency, the announcement will be broadcast on television channels 18, 27, & 36. We will also notify radio stations 1480 AM, 1240AM, 910AM, 97.1FM, 93.9FM, 102.3FM, 106.1FM.

Early dismissals will be also be announced and an attempt will be made to notify parents by phone and/or e-mail.

 

We serve a large geographic area and weather may be worse where you live than it is in Somerset.  During inclement weather, use your discretion if you feel the road conditions around your area are too bad for travel.  Your child will receive an excused absence for the day or part of a day.

For those who have not heard,

 

1.        The Soccer Team won the KCAA State Tournament.

2.       The Varsity Volleyball won last night’s Regional Tournament and moves on to play in the KCAA State Tournament in Hopkinsville Friday and Saturday.

3.       The NASP Archery Team competed in the Nationals in Orlando, Florida and performed very well under  Coach Jeff Eades’ guidance.
