“Mission Statement”

                To create an environment where students are self-motivated to pursue knowledge.

Mr. Hammond began his teaching career with Somerset Christian School last year.   He is a major asset to our math department and is working very hard to add more opportunities of learning to our secondary students.  He strives for every student to effectively learn the art of math.

Mr. Hammond is a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College where he earned a degree in High School Mathematics.

Mr. Hammonds’ favorite scripture is 2 Cor. 12:9-10  9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
