The Somerset Christian Grappling club will begin practices on Monday, October 12. The grappling club is open to students who are in 1st—12th grade. We wanted to pass on some important information to you in case your child is interested in grappling:
· We will have a parent meeting in the gym on Monday, October 12 at 6:00pm for students who are interested in grappling.
· At this meeting you will need to turn in a completed physical/medical release form (forms can be picked up in the office from Mrs. Mel or Ron Shumard) and $15. Note: If your student has already completed a physical for another sport this year you can make a copy of it in the office.
· Practice schedule will be as follows:
o 1st—5th Grade: Mondays 6:00—7:00; Saturdays 9:00am—10:00am
o 6th—12th Grade: Mondays 6:30—8:00; Saturdays 9:30am—11:00am
